As a Chicago native, Mario has always had an interest in film and theatre, but it wasn’t until he moved to San Francisco that he discovered his interest in acting. Initially working with an acting coach, Mario put all of his efforts into educating himself on acting, history, as well as studying the techniques of teachers such as Konstantin Stanislavski, Michael Chekhov, and Sanford Meisner to name a few. In 2018 Mario was offered and accepted the Presidential Scholarship to
attend the Academy of Art University in San Francisco where he is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Acting. Aside from acting, Mario has a passion for writing and has become a dedicated student in learning this new skillset that is screenwriting. When Mario isn’t in class or putting in the time to hone his creative pursuits, he works as a personal trainer and boxing coach where he helps build and motivate his clients to work hard and achieve goals.
