My name is Kailyn Chadwick and I am a graduate student currently pursuing my second master’s in Art Direction. My first graduate degree which I also earned from the Academy was in Fashion Journalism and this year I will graduate with my second. I live in the Bay Area in Northern California and write for a fashion site, Style Sonata. My passion project which was also my thesis project for the Journalism program was a magazine titled “L’Espace” which focused on the duality presented in those with mental illness. My goal for after graduation is to move to Paris and continue to write and direct projects where I can incorporate my many inspirations such as mental health awareness, music and art.
