John Nwankwo is a recent graduate from the MFA program in Fashion Merchandising & Management at the Academy of Art University. Originally from Nigeria, John uses his culture as Influence and inspiration for his work in fashion design, merchandising presentation and aesthetics, and art development. With over 6 years in luxury retail, my skills include merchandising and buying strategy, social media management, digital marketing strategy, eCommerce and web management, and visual planning.

John’s goal is to further develop his skills in eCommerce and merchandising while gaining knowledge of digital media. He hopes to enter into the digital space of fashion and build a brand's digital presence while still maintaining its branding touchpoints.
