Jaclyn is a Fashion Designer from Salt Lake City, Utah. She has lived in San Francisco for the past three years and is graduating from Academy of Art University in 2021 with a Master of Fine Arts in Fashion Design. She believes her background in science gives her a unique perspective in fashion, influencing her in special ways every time she creates something new. She describes her design aesthetic as bold and whimsical, but tasteful. She loves experimenting with textiles, creating new textures with dimensionality to enhance her designs. She is mostly drawn to organic shapes and believes everything in a look should move and flow together smoothly to draw the eye in. In her free time she loves learning new knitting and crochet techniques and is hoping to incorporate those into her work in the future.
